Use the media in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. Use the media in advertising. Unless given consent by ETC Design

 

Use The Media in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner.

 

Incorporate The Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks unless given consent by ETC Design.

 

Make available for download.

 

Change, Alter, or Edited the digital images after purchase without discussing with ETC Design. I will edit the image to what you want without losing quality.

 

PURCHASING ANY CONTENT FROM ETC DESIGN MEANS THAT YOU AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF SALE & SERVICE.

ETC DESIGN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPRODUCE, SELL, AND DISTRIBUTE IMAGES OF RODEO CONTESTANTS TO THE CONTESTANT AND OR THEIR FAMILIES TO BE USED IN THE MEDIUMS OUTLINED UNDER "PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE."
